CLERHP Structures, S.A., founded in 2011 and parent company of the CLERHP group, is specialized in structural engineering, operates internationally providing services of design, calculation, technical assistance and construction of structures for all types of buildings. Our group has a calculation center in Spain from which the engineering is carried out for all the projects in which CLERHP participates. CLERHP is listed on the Spanish stock market on the BME Growth platform.

BlackLions International Group (BIG), is a global project sales and marketing arm of “Larimar City & Resort” in Veron-Punta Cana and Shalem Palm Village located in Boca Chica. A new type of city concept which will change the way people live and work. These unique city models are based on green-sustainable, highly affordable, energy efficient, high-tech housing and lifestyle. Since the principals of BIG are also shareholders in these city developments, they are in an excellent position to expand the scope and size of BIG as additional projects are started in the Dominican Republic.
